Find creators for your brand, with rates and audience sources shown
To find creators on ICONS, use the talent directory: filter by category, platform, production option, license rate, verified audience size, country, language and real person or virtual persona. Every profile shows what each rate includes and where each audience number came from, so you can shortlist and send requests without a discovery call.
Category, country, languages and the platforms the creator posts on.
Followers and typical views per platform, each with its source (connected, reviewed by ICONS, imported or self-reported) and how old it is.
Every rate line with what it includes and what it does not, or “quote only”.
What the creator allows (license, posts, production options), what they won’t promote, voice and body limits, lead time and representation.
Whether identity verification has passed and whether the profile is bookable now or inquiry-only.
Who is listed
A profile becomes public only after the creator claims it, confirms they are 18 or older, accepts their rates and publishes it. Profiles that an agency drafts for its roster stay private until the person claims them. ICONS does not list scraped profiles of people who have not joined.
Inquiry-only profiles can receive free requests; paid work starts after identity verification and signatures. Bookable profiles have identity, agreements and payouts in place.
How to judge a creator before you request
Prefer audience numbers from a connected account or reviewed by ICONS over imported estimates.
Views are counts, not unique people, and are not added up across platforms.
Read the “not included” part of each rate line: paid ads, exclusivity and longer terms are quoted separately.
Check exclusions and limits early so your brief fits what the creator allows.
Consent, verification and safety
Identity, age and authority over the listed accounts are checked before any paid work. Brands see that the check passed, never the documents.
The creator personally signs the likeness consent for each campaign. An agency can negotiate terms it is authorised for, but it cannot sign the consent for the creator.
Scripts are approved before anything is generated, previews are watermarked, and only the exact approved final file is released.
No general AI model training, no reusable likeness or voice models without a separate written consent, and no perpetual license by default.
Imported audience numbers are labelled as imported, with their source and age. Views are counts, not unique people, and reach is never guaranteed.
Where it is today
Status: ICONS is an invite-led US pilot for verified adults (18+) and non-explicit commercial campaigns, priced in US dollars. Payments, e-signatures and identity checks are live: brands pay through Stripe, and creators are paid through Stripe after the work is verified.
The directory is new and still small; category pages appear in search once enough creators are published in them.

Questions
Is the directory free to search?
Yes. Browsing, shortlisting and sending requests are free.
Can I find virtual influencers?
Yes. Filter by type to see virtual personas. Each is labelled virtual and is managed by a verified adult who owns the persona rights.
Which platforms are covered?
Creators can list Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts (and OnlyFans, whose subscriber numbers stay private unless the creator chooses otherwise). Post estimates are currently computed for Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
