Disclosing AI-generated and sponsored creator content
When a booking includes a post, the creator publishes the approved file on their own account with the required sponsorship and AI disclosures, and ICONS checks the post before that part is paid. Disclosure rules depend on the platform and jurisdiction; the booking documents set what each post must include.
What ICONS checks
That the post is the approved file, on the named account, in the named format, with the disclosures the booking requires, and that it stays live for the minimum period.
