How to license a creator’s likeness for ads
To license a creator’s likeness for advertising, name the brand and product, the assets, the channels (including paid ads), the territory and the term in one ICONS quote. Paid usage, exclusivity and terms beyond the default 30 days are priced as separate rights. The creator signs the likeness consent personally and approves the final ad before release.
Rights to ask for explicitly
Paid media (and for how long), exclusivity, an extended term, extra territories, and additional outputs or languages. Anything not in the quote is not included.
Category exclusions
Creators list categories they will not appear in. Requests in an excluded category are blocked before a quote is made.
Questions
Does a license include a post?
No. A post on the creator’s account is a separate product, and neither implies an endorsement.
Who owns the final ad?
Ownership and use follow the signed booking documents. The license covers the named use only, for the named term.
