How a signed license helps protect your likeness
A signed, per-campaign license helps protect your likeness by naming exactly who may use it, in which assets and channels, where and until when. Anything outside those terms is plainly not agreed. ICONS keeps the quote, signatures and approvals as linked records, so you can show what you did and did not allow.
What ICONS does and does not do
ICONS records and enforces the terms of bookings made on ICONS. It is not a monitoring or takedown service for uses that happen elsewhere.
Set your limits once
Exclusions and modality limits (face, body, voice) live on your profile and apply to every request.
Questions
Can I end a license early?
Licenses run for the signed term. Changes or early termination follow the booking documents and cancellation schedule.
