For talent agencies: managing AI likeness deals for your roster
Talent agencies on ICONS manage a roster: they add talent, handle requests and quotes, and negotiate the commercial terms they are authorized for. The creator always signs the likeness consent personally. The agency’s commission is split from each payment at the rate the creator signed, and every booking, signature and payout sits in one record.
What agencies can do
Add talent to a roster and import their public profile details. Propose a representation agreement for the talent to sign. Answer requests, counter and agree quotes within the authority granted. See statements and payouts per talent.
What only the talent can do
Sign the likeness consent for each campaign, publish their profile, and (if they choose) allow the agency to collect payments on their behalf.
Virtual personas
Agencies can also represent virtual personas. The rights owner claims the persona and proves ownership before it can be booked.
Questions
Can my team have different access levels?
Yes. Agency team roles separate deal work from finance, and finance roles never see identity files.
How is commission paid?
Split from each payment by the signed commission, paid directly to each party or collected by the agency if the talent allowed it.
