Age policy
ICONS is for adults 18 and older. This page says how we enforce that.
You must be 18 or older
Every creator on ICONS is an adult. When you sign up or claim a profile ICONS made for you, you confirm: “I am 18 or older, I own or am authorized to manage these accounts, and I allow ICONS to import their public details under the Terms and Privacy Policy.” You can’t continue without it.
ID check before paid bookings
Before you can take a paid booking, you verify your ID and age with a live selfie. Until that check passes, your profile can only receive requests, and no payment, production or likeness rights can start.
Minors’ accounts are removed
If an ID check or a report shows that an account belongs to someone under 18, we take the profile down right away and remove the account.
Parents can’t sign up for a child
A parent or guardian can’t create an account or a profile for a child, even if they run the child’s social accounts. Agencies can’t list anyone under 18 either.
No minors in content
No profile, photo or delivered content on ICONS may show anyone under 18.
Report a minor
If you think someone under 18 is using ICONS or appears in content, email privacy@iconsai.com. We look into every report.
