Talent agencies: license your roster’s likeness for AI content

Talent agencies can license their roster’s likeness for AI content on ICONS, with each person on the record as represented by the agency. Each license names one brand and product, the assets, channels, territory and dates. The talent always signs the likeness consent personally for each campaign and approves the script and the final file. Agency workspaces are not open yet, so agencies start by email.

Updated

How representation works

A talent profile and its bookings can show who represents the person (“Represented by”). The talent still owns the consent: they sign it personally for each campaign, and signing up never licenses anyone’s likeness.

Approvals

  • The talent approves the script and the final file for every campaign.
  • Paid ads, exclusivity and longer terms are separate rights, never included by default.
  • No general AI model training, and no reusable likeness or voice models, without separate written consent.
  • No perpetual license by default.

Payments

Talent set their own rates, and the license, production and posts are priced and signed separately. Nothing is charged until everyone signs. Brands pay through Stripe, and talent are paid through Stripe after the work is verified.

Where it is today

Status: ICONS is an invite-led US pilot for verified adults (18+) and non-explicit commercial campaigns, priced in US dollars. Payments, e-signatures and identity checks are live: brands pay through Stripe, and creators are paid through Stripe after the work is verified.

Agency workspaces are not open yet. To talk about your roster, email hello@iconsai.com. Talent can claim their own profiles now.

Where ICONS is not the right fit

  • Talent under 18: ICONS lists verified adults only.
  • Union work: if your talent are SAG-AFTRA members, the union’s AI terms and their contracts come first. ICONS is not a union agreement.
  • Rosters outside the US, for now.
